DUE TO THE CLOSURE OF THE POLISH BORDERS (INCLUDING THE BORDER CROSSING IN BIALOWIEZA), THE TRIPS TO BELARUS ARE CURRENTLY NOT ORGANIZED !

 THE MOST POPULAR TRIP !

OPEN GROUPS

A walking trip to the most world-known part of Białowieża Forest, Strictly Protected Area of Białowieża National Park ( The MAN and BIOSPHERE RESERVE and a UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE ). During the walk you will focus on nature and mainly plants, trees and mushrooms, but guide will tell you also about animals and history of the area. This trip starts at various times of day, depending on the time of the year. The first trip during the day starts 30 minutes before the dawn, and the last trip starts 3,5 hours before the sunset! The trip takes about 3,5 hours and it’s a 7 km walk through a flat area. Groups for this trip are up to 10 people - we do combine different tourist groups for this trip. You need to wear clothes suitable for the time of the year and comfortable shoes, sometimes there are roots or laying trunks on our way. You should have also anti-mosquito remedies and something to drink, especially during summer time. 

Rain ( in our office we have raincoats for sale ), low or high temperatures are not an obstacle to the implementation of this trip, only very strong winds or storms are a condition for its postponement to another date. 

The cost per person in the group is :

     7-10 persons in the group – 100 pln

   6 persons in the group  –  115 pln

   5 persons in the group  –  125 pln

  4 persons in the group  –  155 pln

  3 persons in the group  –  200 pln

  2 persons in the group  – 290 pln

Individual Tour - 570 pln

 The additional cost are the entrance ticket to the Strict Nature Reserve: 9 PLN per person for half fare and 14 PLN per person for adult ticket .In case of departure before 6 a.m , an additional fee to be divided by the group is PLN 150.

If you want to create a group in English or another foreign language, please select a date and time of departure. We recommend booking in advance, as we have a limited number of guides speaking foreign languages. After confirming the date together, you will receive a secure link from us to make a payment by card via Polcard by Fiserv . The first payment of the deposit in the amount of PLN 300 must be made depending on the proximity of the date, but no longer than within two consecutive days . Upon request, it is possible to pay by standard bank transfer or through a company offering international transfers (e.g. Western Union, TransferWise, etc.). If there are less than 21 days left to the tour date, payment can only be made by credit card via the link generated by us. Please note that we do not accept American Express, JCB, Diners Club and UnionPay. In the case of Last Minute bookings during office hours, it is possible to pay by credit card by providing the card details (we need the card number, card expiry date and CVV number; you can provide us with these details by e-mail or phone, but for the security of the card data, you can provide us with these details partly by e-mail and partly by phone; of course, we will delete all your card details after the transaction). After making the payment, we guarantee that when you come to Białowieża from your country (sometimes just for a few hours), you will definitely visit the most valuable forest in Europe. If other tourists show up for this date, we will inform them about it and at the meeting we will divide the costs between everyone, and you will receive part of the money back in cash (we cannot guarantee this and if there are no other volunteers, you will unfortunately have to pay extra). During the meeting with the guide, you will also receive a confirmation of the transaction and a fiscal receipt.

WILDLIFE IN BIALOWIEZA FOREST

We invite you to read our proposals for the travellers. Following we have described the unaccessible attractions to the mass tourism, they are for the active people who want to learn about the deeply occult secrets in the primeval forest.

Weather is not an obstacle during the following expeditions, so they take place in all weather conditions !

There is no bad weather, only inappropriate clothing !

 

For safety reasons, during each of our tours, you must strictly follow the guide's instructions. Failure to do so will result in immediate termination of the contract at the request of the client and termination of the tour without any refund.

 “FACE TO FACE WITH THE BISON”

This trip is dedicated for people who want to see animals in their wild habitat. We never know what kind of animals we will see and how many of them we will see, but guides try their best to show you as much wildlife as possible, especially king of our forest - bison. What you will see is based on the time of the year, the hours of sunrise and the weather. It might happen that wind or even a slight rain can be your ally, as it covers the sound of your steps. This trip starts approximately 1-1,5 hour before the dawn. The trip takes approximately 5 hours.This trip consists of several stages, depending on weather conditions and the tourist's physical condition, the route is from several hundred meters to several kilometers long. As this trip is a specific one, we do not combine different tourist groups in case of this trip. The trip is for small groups, max 6 people. Trip takes place in Białowieża Forest, where we can move not only on touristic trails and where we can use car for moving from one spot to another, sometimes several km far. We don't enter Strict Protected Area of Białowieża National Park. You should have your own car  (a camper or a small city car is not an obstacle but it must have space in front for the guide) it, but there is also a possibility of renting a guide with his own car. You will need comfortable shoes, non-crackling and warm clothing, raincoats, packed food and beverage, for example hot tea, camera. Each participant must have binoculars or a field glass. Each time we individually agree on the meeting point with the participants. The cost of the guide for this trip is 840 PLN per group ( in exceptional cases the group may be slightly larger, 7-8 people, and then the cost is 140 PLN per person). If you don't have your own binoculars you can also rent binoculars in PTTK office- the cost of renting a 12 X 50 binoculars is 25 PLN per piece. If you don't have your own or rented car you can book a guide with a car - additional cost for up to 3 people is 400 PLN, for 4 people is 500 PLN, for up to 6 people 850 PLN.

BIAŁOWIEŻA FOREST BY NIGHT - A TRIP WITH NIGHT VISION BINOCULARS

This trip is for people who like to watch the wildlife in their natural habitat. During this trip you have a chance to see both big and small residents of the forest. The observation is very much based on listening to the sounds of nature. The night vision binoculars will enable you to see what you hear. It can be a bison, wolf, deer, wild boar, fox, marten, beaver, or maybe a tawny owl or a pygmy owl- you never know. It’s a forest surprise during the night. What you will see is based on the time of the year, the hours of nightfall and the weather. It might happen that wind or even a slight rain can be your ally, as it covers the sound of your steps. The trip starts one hour before the sunset. This trip consists of several stages, depending on weather conditions and the tourist's physical condition, the route is from several hundred meters to several kilometers long.The trip takes approximately 4 hours. As this trip is a specific one, we do not combine different tourist groups in case of this trip. The trip is for small groups, max 4 people. Trip takes place in Białowieża Forest, where we can move not only on touristic trails and where we can use car for moving from one spot to another, sometimes several km far. We don't enter Strict Protected Area of Białowieża National Park. You should have your own car  (a camper or a small city car is not an obstacle but it must have space in front for the guide) it, but there is also a possibility of renting a guide with his own car. You will need comfortable shoes, non-crackling and warm clothing, raincoats and beverage. Each time we individually agree on the meeting point with the participants.
The total cost is 840 PLN per group ( in exceptional cases the group may be slightly larger, 5-6 people, and then the cost is 210 PLN per person). The price includes the cost of guiding, renting professional 12 x 50 binoculars and  night vision binoculars and flashlights. If you don't have your own or rented car you can book a guide with a car - additional cost for up to 3 people is 400 PLN and for 4 people is 500 PLN, for up to 6 people 850 PLN.

BIAŁOWIEŻA FOREST AT TWILIGHT

It is a walking trip to Białowieża Forest to meet the wild animals and night birds. Some animals, for example bison, wolfs , deer, fox, marten and some interesting birds, especially owls, are more active during the evening than during the day. Observation is based on listening to the sounds of nature. What you will see is based on the time of the year, the hours of nightfall and the weather. It might happen that wind or even a slight rain can be your ally, as it covers the sound of your steps. This trip starts 3 hours before the sunset and takes approximately 4 hours. This trip consists of several stages, depending on weather conditions and the tourist's physical condition, the route is from several hundred meters to several kilometers long.  The trip is for groups of max. 6 people. As this trip is a specific one, we do not combine different tourist groups in case of this trip.Trip takes place in Białowieża Forest, where we can move not only on touristic trails. We don't enter Strict Protected Area of Białowieża National Park.  You should have your own car  (a camper or a small city car is not an obstacle but it must have space in front for the guide) it, but there is also a possibility of renting a guide with his own car. You will need comfortable shoes, non-crackling and warm clothing, raincoats. Each participant must have binoculars and flashlight. Each time we individually agree on the meeting point with the participants. The cost of this trip is 750 PLN for guiding for the whole group ( in exceptional cases the group may be slightly larger, 7-8 people, and then the cost is 130 PLN per person).  If you don't have your own binoculars you can also rent it in PTTK office- the cost of renting a 12 X 50 binoculars is 20 PLN each. If you don't have your own or rented car you can book a guide with a car - additional cost for up to 3 people is 400 PLN, for 4 people is 500 PLN and for up to 6 people 850 PLN.

Of course it is not easy to see animals in the forest, because of large numbers of various species living in the Bialowieża National Park… they are very shy. It is a typical behaviour of the inhabitants of the natural forest. Each trip to the same forest at various times looks completely different. We never know what we will see in the wilderness.

DISCOVER THE WORLD OF BIRDS

ORNITHOLOGICAL MORNING IN THE STRICT NATURE RESERVE

This is a walking trip with a specialized ornithologist guide with an entrance to the Strict Nature Reserve which is not accessible without a licensed guide presence (The MAN and BIOSPHERE RESERVE and a UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE ). There is a very high possibility of observing rare bird species and the best season of the year to observe them is spring. During the trip guide will tell you also about another aspects of nature. This trip starts at sunrise. It takes about 4 hours and there is 7,5 km to walk through a flat area. For this trip the groups are of up to 6 people. You need to wear clothes suitable for the time of the year and comfortable shoes. We suggest you to wear warm clothes as it can be cold in the mornings! You must have binoculars- your own or rented.
The cost of the trip is 750 PLN for the whole group (in exceptional cases the group may be slightly larger, 7-10 people, and then the cost is 130 PLN per person). The additional cost is the entrance ticket to the Strict Nature Reserve of 9 PLN per person for half fare and 14 PLN per person for adult ticket. Renting binoculars in PTTK Białowieża office is for 20 PLN per piece (12x50).

Białowieża Forest is one of the best places to watch forest bird species:  White-backed, Three-toed, Middle-spotted, Black and Grey-headed Woodpeckers, Pygmy Owl, Red-breasted and Collared Flycatcher... This trip starts at sunrise. You should have your own car  (a camper or a small city car is not an obstacle but it must have space in front for the guide) it, but there is also a possibility of renting a guide with his own car. You will need comfortable shoes, non-crackling and warm clothing, raincoats, packed food and beverage, for example coffee ,hot tea, camera. Each participant must have binoculars or a field glass. Each time we individually agree on the meeting point with the participants.
The cost of the guide for this trip is 750 PLN per group (in exceptional cases the group may be slightly larger, 7-10 people, and then the cost is 130 PLN per person). If you don't have your own binoculars you can also rent binoculars in PTTK office- the cost of renting a 12 X 50 binoculars is 25 PLN per piece. THE OLDEST PART OF THE PRIMEVAL FOREST - STRICT NATURE RESERVE

“A WALK TO THE HEART OF THE FOREST”

This is the longest trip to the very heart of the Strict Nature Reserve of the Białowieża National Park Area ( The MAN and BIOSPHERE RESERVE and a UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE ). This trip is dedicated for people who are very interested in knowing flora of  the oldest part of Białowieża Forest, Strictly Protected Area. During the trip you will see different types of forest, with its interesting trees and plants, and hear a lot of information about them. Once in a while, especially in the spring or winter, when you begin your trip early in the morning, you can see some wildlife - different species of birds or sometimes mammals. This trip takes about 6 hours and the route is 20 kilometres long. The trip to Jagiełło Oak is the part of the long trip. THIS KIND OF TRIP REQUIRES OBTAINING A SPECIAL WRITTEN APPROVAL AND IS AVAILABLE ONLY FOR SPECIALISTS IN THE FIELD OF NATURE AND RELATED SCIENCES, WHICH IS CONFIRMED WITH A STATEMENT ABOUT THE TYPE OF SPECIALIZATION HELD, AND THEREFORE THIS TRIP MUST BE PLANNED WELL IN ADVANCE. It is a trip for small, individual groups. In order to not interfere with the nature too much, such trips are organized for individually placed orders only, for up to 6 people. We do not combine different tourist groups for this trip. You need to wear clothes suitable for the time of the year and necessarily comfortable trekking shoes. You should also take with you food and beverages, for example hot tea, anti-mosquito remedies. The cost of this trip with an English-speaking guide is 890 PLN for the whole group (in exceptional cases the group may be slightly larger, 7-10 people, and then the cost is 130 PLN per person). There is also an additional cost of entrance ticket to the special route of 60 PLN per person. During spring and summer months we suggest renting binoculars in PTTK Białowieża office - it costs 30 PLN each.

• TO RENT A CARRIAGE FOR A MAXIMUM OF 6 PEOPLE TO THE STRICTLY PROTECTED AREA , TRIP TO THE HEART OF THE FOREST (5 HOURS) = 1050 PLN. PLEASE NOTE THAT TO PROTECTED AREA EXCEPT THE HORSE CARRIAGE YOU ALSO NEED TO HIRE A GUIDE (890 PLN) AND BUY TICKETS FOR ENTRANCE (60 PLN/PERSON).

 

THE OLDEST PART OF THE PRIMEVAL FOREST "THE ROUTE TO JAGIELLO OAK"

TRIP BY HORSE CARRIAGE

This is the shortest trip to the most world-known part of Białowieża Forest, Strictly Protected Area (The MAN and BIOSPHERE RESERVE and a UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE). During this trip you will focus on the places you will see, their and Białowieża’s history, cultural and religious mosaic of the area, and of course nature, plants, trees and mushrooms, but guide will tell you also about animals. This trip starts at various times of day, depending on the time of the year. The first trip can start half an hour before sunrise, and the last trip starts 3 hours before the sunset! Trip takes about 3 hours. We can't enter on every trail by horse carriage, so sometimes you need to go out of it and walk a little. This trip is for groups up to 6 people, but we do not combine different tourist groups for this trip. You need to wear clothes suitable for the time of the year and comfortable shoes. The cost of this trip for max. 4 people is 620 PLN for the guide + 490 PLN for horse carriage with permission to enter Nature Reserve .The cost of this trip for max. 6 people is 690 PLN for the guide + 690 PLN for horse carriage with permission to enter Nature Reserve .The additional cost are the entrance ticket to the Strict Nature Reserve: 9 PLN per person for half fare and 14 PLN per person for adult ticket . In case of departure before 6 a.m , an additional fee is PLN 150. 

SOMETHING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT

 UNKNOWN FOREST BY BIKE

This trip is dedicated for people who like to visit touristic trails by bike and who want to see beautiful parts of Białowieża Forest and hear interesting facts about flora, fauna and history. We move on touristic trails in the part of Białowieża Forest which is widely available, we don't enter Strict Protected Area of Białowieża National Park. The bike trip takes about 4 hours and is 18 kilometres long. The route is for medium-advanced bikers, area is mostly flat. Main condition: willingness and ability to ride a bike. You need to have your own bike, or you can rent one in a few good rental shops in Białowieża. This trip is for groups for up to 10 people (we do not combine tourists from different groups). You should have comfortable shoes and clothing, raincoats, food and beverages, and anti-mosquito remedies. The cost of an exclusive guide depends on the number of people participating in the trip and is per person:

• when would you want to do them - on what days do you want to carry out this trip (if you give us a larger time slot, we have a better chance of booking a guide in your native language)
• how many people are you ( how many adults and how many children and at what age) ,
• what language/s do you speak,
• do you have a car (your own or rented) with a free seat in the front for a guide (if the car is needed for a specific trip - a camper or regular city car is not a problem)?
• would you have your own binoculars with you and how many (if necessary for particular trip),
• where would you stay in Białowieża (sometimes start can be better from your accommodation place),
• your mobile phone number (with a country code) - necessarily for later contact with the guide,
• do you need just a receipt for the payment or do you need an invoice (then we need your company data with international TAX number if you want to get an invoice for company or your personal data: name, surname,  full address if you want to get an invoice for yourself).You must provide us with information about the invoice at the latest when making the reservation and payment - due to the applicable fiscal law in Poland, we will not be able to issue this document at a later date.

After receiving this information, we will check the availability of the guide and confirm your reservation, as well as send information about the total cost of services and information about the deposit of approx. 40% of the total cost of services. Together with the confirmation, you will receive a secure link Polcard from Fiserv to pay this amount within 2 days. You can also pay by standard bank transfer or through an international transfer company (e.g. Western Union, TransferWise, etc.). If there are less than 21 days left to the tour date, payment for the entire cost of the ordered services will be made either by instant bank transfer or by card via a secure link generated by us. Please note that we do not accept payment cards: American Express, JCB, Diners Club and UnionPay. In the case of Last Minute bookings during office hours, it is possible to pay by card, providing the card details (we need the card number, card expiry date and CVV number; you can provide us with these details by e-mail or phone, but for the security of the card data, you can provide them partly by e-mail and partly by phone - of course, we will delete all card details after the transaction). When making the payment, we guarantee that when you come to Białowieża (sometimes just for a few hours) you will definitely use the ordered services in the language you have chosen.

About 10 days before the trip, you will receive another link from us for additional payment ( if a deposit was paid in advance ).

In the case of a bank transfer, you should enter the name and surname of the ordering party and the date of the trip in the title. Sometimes, if you choose a standard bank transfer, it may take a few days before we receive your money. Any bank fees are borne by you.

When we receive the final payment to our bank account, we will inform you about it in another e-mail. We will also send you the name of your guide and his/her phone number.

 

ATTENTION  : Cost of money transfer & exchange rate will be covered by client. Money transfer has to be done from your bank account in PLN! If you do the bank transfer in your country currency please add to your payment about 25 PLN more for exchange rate for bank. While doing bank transfer select “OUR” option, please. Some banks do not offer this option, so this cost will be added in Białowieża .
